		<description>Actually, it is a lot faster but the Aero effects go away if the vSphere client is running and that is not really what I hoped.

If someone has another idea to solve the issue...</description>

		<description>Disabling desktop composition does not help at all, and should not be done at all with an application released in 2010. vmware failed with this client even with 4.1 this issue exists.</description>

I&#039;ll repeat it here ;-)

1. Navigate to the executable or shortcut for the program you wish to disable desktop composition using Explorer.

2. Right click on it and select Properties.

3. Select the Compatibility tab and check Disable desktop composition, then click on OK.</description>
