Moving from CVS to SVN is fairly painless with cvs2svn
Integrating svn+ssh is slightly annoying using eclipse & subclipse.
But I do like WebSVN
Very pretty and the RSS extra are extremely useful but it also integrates with Fogbugz so we can keep track of commits , this all equals happy developers!
