Its not that scary but there a mixed instructions and guides that can confuse.

		<description>Actually, it is a lot faster but the Aero effects go away if the vSphere client is running and that is not really what I hoped.

		<description>Disabling desktop composition does not help at all, and should not be done at all with an application released in 2010. vmware failed with this client even with 4.1 this issue exists.</description>
