Atari history part 2

I followed that purchase [krazy Kopter] with a game called spitfire Ace. This game taught that not all games work first time , I took it back only to discover that there was something called memory (LOL mind of an under 9) and the bigger the program the more memory it needed. My humble Atari 600XL was no match for the 800XL version. I persuaded my father to upgrade (swap + cash) for an 800XL.He didn’t want to at first , but I won him over. I was very happy when Spitfire Ace finally loaded into the new computer. You had to shoot several other planes in separate missions (night & day) it was excellent fun.
I Purchased another U.S gold game on the strength of a friends saying that they were the best games company around (Later it transpired that they mainly distributed in those days). It was Aztec Challenge , and it was a frustrating game with many colours and strange game style (It scrolled) , I liked it a lot.

My friend was right and generally speaking I stuck to purchasing English Software & U.S Gold titles , as they were always quality products.
My first game that I was hooked on was also on the Atari it was called:
Bounty Bob Strikes Back

This game used to get into my dreams I used to stop playing it and actually dream about how I would clear the next level .It had secret codes , hidden jumps and bad haircuts (anyone know what I mean email me now ).
